Love it here! The team is super friendly. The games are well kept. If there's a problem, there is someone there to fix it, or they reimburse your tokens. I won't go to any other barcade in Charlotte. Super Abari for life!

Great pinball! Could be better lighting on a number of machines, since some were too dark to see. No gender-neutral bathrooms, which makes it not the safest space for non-binary people. The food from the food truck was okay. However, I love all the games they have. Everyone is friendly. The pinball machines were lots of fun. And the OG games like Mrs. Pacman are free. We had such a great time. Highly recommend everyone try for a date night. Parking is across the street. Games are cheap. You get tokens. Games are 50 cents.....Today...this is unheard of. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because their liquor drinks are expensive, $16 for a double 😵 compared to the beers that were $2.50, but I would go again! Show less

Came here on a trip to Charlotte. Its a nice barcade. They had a decent beer and cocktail selection that was affordable. I loved how the classic games were free to play. Every newer game was about a token to play. There’s a token machine that accepts card and cash.

I’m usually suspicious of arcade bars but this was the best one I’ve ever been to. Great drink specials. Unique beers and shots. Games are pay by the game but reasonably priced. It has the atmosphere and game selection of a cheesy corporate arcade bar with the bar and drinks of a dive bar. Perfect!

But There are no visible signs . And you can’t see them in the dark. Basically they are well hidden. I really love this place but I think it’s mad shady to work with preferred parking and not put a pay for parking in the entrance of the parking lot where it is clearly visible.I am very disappointed that I am down almost 100$ and will not be going back . I will also tell my people about this and urge people to go elsewhere unless you tell Preffered parking to place a clear visible sign that says you must pay to park. Ripping locals off is not ok. I came with someone who was from out of town, took them here stating it was a nice place. But to be treated with enormous disrespect from the staff. The bartender already looked like they were in a horrible mood, and then proceeded to yell aggressively at me as I went to check out some of their t-shirts they had on display beside the bar that were FOR SALE. Saying in the loudest voice possible to leave the area immediately. If you're not allowed to go look at the t-shirts so you can decide if you want them or not, then why not put a BARRIER OR SIGN beside the bar, and not leave it wide open with a visible separation? Apparently there's some magical unspoken rule for bars that you can't go in this area that has NO VISIBLE SIGNS or BARRICADES indicating it's a staff only area. The bartender then explained how you "Don't do that ANYWHERE". So incredibly rude. The games in this place is fun so it's a real shame. But what an embarrassment of a bartender. He was also asked some questions by some people at the bar and gave really irritated and mundane responses, as if he really didn't want to talk at all. I'll give this place another shot one day, in hopes this guy was having a bad day or something. Horrible service. Great place for games, though. If you go here, don't talk to staff, just enjoy the games. I will say that the bouncer was incredibly nice in comparison, however. Show less

Had such a great time here! This was my first time coming to the newer location, and I must say that I definitely enjoyed this location better than the last location they were previously. This space is much bigger and more organized, I feel. It didn't feel so cramped. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a bar and then a couch where you can play games on PS4 or Xbox. We played a few rounds of Mario Kart and loved it! There are some stairs that lead you down to the arcade. You have to purchase tokens to be able to play the games. The games only require either 1 or 2 tokens each, so you will definitely get your money's worth. They even have a few games that are "free play," which basically means it's free, and you just hop on and start playing. Came on a Saturday night around 8 pm, and it was not busy yet. They have parking around the building, but if it gets full, they do have free parking across the street on an empty lot. They did have a taco truck right outside, and you could order food and bring it inside and eat. They do have 2 tables you can sit at and enjoy your drinks and food. Overall, it was a great experience and will return. It is a great place to bring kids during the weekend from 12-6pm. Show less

Two tokens, the cost of pinball is. Fifty cents it equals. But patience, a Jedi must have, for video games—just twenty-five cents they require (at least the games I played). A deal most wise! For the locals, an Insider’s Club exists. Regular play, a privilege it grants. Strong in commitment, these players must be. Young Padawans, welcome they are—between 12 PM and 6 PM on weekends, they may train. But guidance, a parent or guardian must provide, lest the Dark Side of arcade mischief consume them. After hours, the ways of the 21+ crowd, this place follows. Strong drinks and stronger competition, a true test of skill and endurance, it becomes. Much fun, this place brings. Visit, you must! I had a really great time here! Lots of games I hadn’t played before. Some highlights for me were Taiko no Tatsujin, Gundam Extreme Vs, Quick & Crash, and Perfect Pour.
