Will order products for you and have them delivered to the store if you have something specific you are looking for. Very friendly staff, decent sized playerbase for MTG/Pokemon, can get a bit crowded at events. They do not buy/sell Yugioh. Show less

This is a great game store, I only started going recently after Titan closed, but the staff and atmosphere are both very welcoming! The store (in my opinion) seems to focus more on card games (like Magic) rather than miniatures but if you're looking for a nice welcoming place to play DnD or Patjfin... Read more

This is by far the best place in the area to buy, sell, trade, and play Magic: the gathering and most other CCGs in a 40 mile radius. This is by far the best place in the area to buy, sell, trade, and play Magic: the gathering and most other CCGs in a 40 mile radius. The staff is beyond friendly and awesome and knew my name after going just a few times to play Magic. I was looking for a game store that actually has a Standard night because most of the stores around don't even support the format and was able to find a decent group of people to play with on Friday nights here. Highly recommend stopping in whenever you have the chance! Show less

Game Haven rocks! I was in for my first MTG Commander event and everybody there made me feel super welcome. I've come in and bought singles and random stuff for my kids, but recently I hung out for MTG Commander league night. Turnout was great and kudos to the staff for running it well. There were a lot of skilled players and the atmosphere was incredibly positive. The site is a comfortable place to hang out; with a couple super clean bathrooms, WIFI for guests, and an engaged staff who understand what we're actually interested in. Game Haven rocks! I was in for my first MTG Commander event and everybody there made me feel super welcome. I've come in and bought singles and random stuff for my kids, but recently I hung out for MTG Commander league night. Turnout was great and kudos to the staff for running it well. There were a lot of skilled players and the atmosphere was incredibly positive. About a month ago I went there to sell some pokemon cards somethings I wasn't 100 stastified with where the guy I dealt with didn't tell me how much was I'm getting for each card he combined them all together in gave me the total but I didn't ask that particular question but that my first time going there & actually selling Pokémon cards so I didn't know and kinda feel like maybe I was taken advantage then on top of that the man was getting mad at me for putting cards I wanted to sell on the mat he said he didn't want to get them confused with the one's he already prices with made me confused because most of them was different cards so how can you do that & he was aware it was my first time there & I'm not aware of the process & the rules with selling pokemon cards so I felt like there was no need to get frustrated but besides that the place looked nice was clean & the customers seemed friendly Show less

Not only was I greeted kindness, I was treated like a local and a regular from minute one by not only the staff but also the people playing as well. One staff member whose name escapes me at the time of writing spent severa... Read more

I happen to be in the area and wanted to stop in and see how this place was. Not only was I greeted kindness, I was treated like a local and a regular from minute one by not only the staff but also the people playing as well. One staff member whose name escapes me at the time of writing spent several minutes not only helping me build a deck but also giving me some other suggestions to run with and I thank them very much for that. After that I took time to looked through the rest of the store and went towards the gaming area. It about 5 seconds when I was asked to join a pod of Commander players. To which I'm eternally grateful for those who asked me to join. I had an amazing time and I wish I lived closer so I can play there more regularly. And I wish I'd wrote in this sooner so I can remember the names of those that played and of the staff member. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be making a stop in. Show less

Not only was I greeted kindness, I was treated like a local and a regular from minute one by not only the staff but also the people playing as well. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. they were able to fit me in given that it was not that busy I was able to sell some old cards that I had in my closet. they were able to price cards out individually and sorted through my box of hundreds of card... Really nice atmosphere here. I just recently started in the blood bowl league. The store has a wide variety of games, leagues and events. I love that it carpeted and pretty quiet. At a time a few years ago when my kid’s school wasn’t feeling like an easy place to make friends and a few other social interactions with parents and kids had been less friendly than I’d expected, we stopped in at Game Haven for Junior Pokemon Club. My kid had some beginner Pokemon questions and immediately several people, staff and customer alike, were eager to help. A Pokemon Professor taught how to play and another parent gave my kid several cute tins. Kids were eager to play together and there were snacks and giveaways. After a string of bummer social experiences, it was so nice for my family to be in a space that was overtly friendly!!! We don’t live nearby but continue to visit occasionally for cards and events, and are always so grateful for the sense of community. Game Haven is great! Show less

At a time a few years ago when my kid’s school wasn’t feeling like an easy place to make friends and a few other social interactions with parents and kids had been less friendly than I’d expected, we stopped in at Game Haven for Junior Pokemon Club. My kid had some beginner Pokemon questions and immediately several people, staff and customer alike, were eager to help.
