Prices are comparable or more expensive than other stores in the area. Selection was great, but nothing I can't find elsewhere. The owners/employees were all sitting around talking about things that I wasn't really okay with discussing in front of my kids. The music being played was also not family friendly. Was barely greeted when we arrived. They seemed annoyed that we even came in. Definitely won't be coming back. There are far better options with more friendly staff and better prices elsewhere. Tried to return something never used/opened, still in mint condition. Despite the fact that the website states a return policy, the lazy schlub working the counter gave me a flat "No." to even the possibility of store credit. I will be telling my gamer friends not to shop here and they will be telling their friends. There are better, cheaper stores that are actually open to returning unused products because the wrong thing was purchased. I recommend Elfin Moon, Good Guy Games, Target, or online. Game Preserve has been hanging on by a thread and the poor customer service and the fact that they basically cheated me out of $ is the reason I will never shop here again. Show less

Honestly every experience I’ve had here has been terrible. I recently moved to the north side of Indy and this was one of the trading card stores nearby. Firstly the workers have terrible attitudes and seem annoyed when you ask them to do anything. I went in once to write down a list and I didn’t see the text that said put in alphabetical order (the previous store I went to didn’t make me do that). when I handed it to the worker he sighed and put the order back on the table and said next time read and put it in alphabetical order. I apologized after his rude comment as it was a genuine mistake. Then I asked him to get me some sleeves and again just seemed really annoyed. I checked out and said thank you and he said nothing to me. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day but I recently called them and asked for them to look up a few cards for me and he huffed and said hold on let me go to the other room to do it which I thanked him for. I wanted him to look up 5 cards on the computer and after the 2nd he said uhh how many cards do you have and I said five total so just a few more and he said yeah we don’t look up more than a few. So I said you can’t just check a couple more and he said no we’re really busy right now. Mind you this was a Tuesday afternoon… Idk just every interaction here has been negative and if you can I’d go to any other store around here. GameTime in particular has been a fantastic store but this one… not at all. Show less

Honestly every experience I’ve had here has been terrible. I recently moved to the north side of Indy and this was one of the trading card stores nearby. Firstly the workers have terrible attitudes and seem annoyed when you ask them to do anything. Went to play during a time when an event was scheduled and was told I could not go into the back room despite there being open room to look for a game despite spending over 140 dollars there the day before so I at least was a patron. Spacing for events is always a premium but if there is open seating seems like a non issue. Alternatively, the site event schedule could reflect that better. Show less

Fantasic game store. I went in there looking for Warhammer and wasn't disappointed. They had a decent selection of unique minis and even had commemorative releases. Their overall selection was pretty nice and they were fully stocked. They had a pretty wide variety of paints as well. They carry Pro Acryl, Citadel and Army Painter. The gentleman behind the counter was nice. He let me put my selections on the counter while I continued to browse. I was also surprised when he let me know how much money I had in rewards and let me add an item to my purchase. I also want to note that the location is very clean and well kept. I felt like I was in a nice Barnes & Noble. They should hook up with a coffee shop lol. Oh, I should also mention that they sell and have a decent selection of Warhammer books. I really widh I wasn't moving out of state soon because I'll miss this store. Show less

I was looking for something very specific, and even though the gentleman behind the counter clearly saw me checking my phone and walking the aisles, I never actually got any help. He even said he’d be right with me, but after about 15 minutes of waiting, I gave up.
