One of the best New Retro Video Game stores in the area, the Owner and his wife are easy to talk to and always have smile, I went in to make trade for original Xbox, even tho I had issue with controller they made it right! Has a great selection of games and consoles that are cheaper compared to other games stores. It makes shopping here easier since I got into video game collecting. I love the interior artwork they have put up in the past few weeks and makes the store inviting and fun. Employees have been very professional and kind and are fun to converse with. A while ago, my nephews had accidentally dropped my 3DS down the stairs. This 3DS had Pokemon home, and all of my childhood Pokemon were on it. A while ago, my nephews had accidentally dropped my 3DS down the stairs. This 3DS had Pokemon home, and all of my childhood Pokemon were on it. I gave it to the poor gamer and asked if they could fix it up. Upon looking at it, they unfortunately couldn't without everything costing $400+ However, I ended up getting another 3DS and asked if they could do a data transfer. They quoted me $20. The time the repair took was a bit longer than originally expected. Best believe I was stressing-- an inside joke within my friends and I was that my Pokemon were in "life saving surgery" haha I eventually got my 3DS back and, after redownloading Pokemon Bank, all my mons were safe! They were immediately sent to Home. I'm really glad they helped me out. I couldn't find any advice online. I'll be returning eventually to give the repair guy a good tip for helping me out! :) Show less

Dee was very nice and offered to at least clean the console and replace the controller with one laying around. Completely unacceptable to be sold in that condition to anyone. Show less
