I don't have the space to house or time to tweak my own 3D printer so this shop was a great alternative. When I showed up at the store it was super busy and he and his staff still made time to help me with my request. H... Read more

I haven't played here before but I called the store with an unique and urgent need. The owner said he could help me out and he did! He saved a game night of 8 people from not happening. When I showed up at the store it was super busy and he and his staff still made time to help me with my request. He could have up charged me greatly which most shops would do for this type of thing but nope, $20 which was more than fair. Crazy that I have never talked to any of these people and they were willing to bend over backwards to help a new customer out. This is how you do a business. I will always recommend this shop to anyone I can going forward, event though I don't play magic in stores myself. I owe him some good scotch and a cigar sometime if that's his thing. SKOL Show less

Found them looking for a place to 3D print some small parts that had broken on a pair of headphones. I brought the file I needed and a lot of questions. Abe was very informative and helped me pick the file to use between the two that I had found and explained the pricing. I was using double sided tape and zip ties to keep my favorite headphones usable. For what came to $1 a set, I got 5 replacement sets of clips. I would recommend to everyone and I will definitely be using them again, I'm looking for some files to fix my kids broken Nerf Rival guns next. Show less

These guys are good people and host an amazing spot, this is just an anecdote of a recent negative experience. I called inquiring whether they had the board game "Wingspan" in stock. The young voice that met my call quickly answered "No", obviously not checking, and then hung up the line. No big deal, I went to visit the shop later that night to browse the games available for Black Friday and, as you could guess, saw Wingspan available on the shelf. I purchased the game along with a couple other items and left the store. I know the atmosphere is friendly and laid-back, but you should respect the customers enough to actually give the inquiry a look, rather than rushing back to the board game (I presume) they were playing. Really great place ran by great people, hope this is just a one-off rather than the norm. Show less

Idk if it's kid friendly personally but I saw children playing safely in the store and being well behaved. I felt like I was at home the minute I walked in I had to literally stop and take it all in. The smells the sights the sounds heck even the air tasted like those xbox controllers and sweat riddled couches from my childhood lol. But in a good way! This place even prints stuff in front of you!
