Went in looking for a few things (controller , currency cards for PlayStation , and some accessories for my ps) upon entering I was greeted and taken care of , nice store atmosphere , Only reason I give my experience a 2 star rating is due to the fact the person I talked to in the back needing the controller for a competition / important competitive events and about controllers not only was I told 40$+ for a brand new controller but instead proceeded to offer me a used controller that they had fixed recently which I didnt take any mind too as the controller looked more in my lane than the regular ps4 controllers. 2-3 month's pass not only does the controller have an internal power issue (Randomly Vibrates And Loses Connection To Ps4 Wont Turn Off Unless Hard Resetted Via The Back Of The Controller) , it also had massive amounts of stick drip (the stick moves a bit toward the opposite direction you move / aim , and the final issue the controller wasn't even tighten and fully closed ( there are small areas that indicate they didnt take their time resealing the controller and keeping it closed ) Show less

I brought my xbox one in for repairs and there technicians comes every Thursday and I called about 12 times to see if my xbox was fixable and they stated it's not fixable your missing a part. They never gave me a description of what the parts and how to purchase the parts. Horrible store for games. All games already had price tags on them, I specifically asked, “are they priced as marked” and he said yes. I wanted to support a locally owned business, but they made that difficult. I attempted to sell/trade them a GameBoy Advance game (Wario Land 4). The employee offered me 50 cents for it. To put this in perspective, the current resale value for the game is $30. I understand having to make a profit, but that’s an insulting offer. The employee didn’t bother looking up the value of the game or actually inspect the quality of my game cartridge. I got $15 for it at a different game store. They have a lot of retro games, consoles and toys, but the prices are steep. They don’t have many notable games, just quantity over quality. Good place to buy if you’re just looking to fill up your collection, but I’d only come back here as a last resort. Show less
