Staff were approachable and knowledgeable. So many board games to chose from along with selected warhammer, manga and other items. Got the games I wanted and the colleage was able to help me in finding the correct size card sleeves to protect them during game play! We will be back, no doubt about it... Read more

I had a terrible experience and I won’t use this store again. I pre-ordered an item online for collection and was told I would get an email when it was ready for collection. Apart from the order confirmation, I never received an email. After a couple of weeks waiting, I looked into the order and it stated it had been collected. I called the shop and was told the online orders are dealt with separate and I can’t speak to anyone for 2 days. It’s nonsense to front yourself as a retail store and then say that online orders don’t qualify for any actual customer service. Just run the online business as a separate business under a different name. And get the orders right. Also the shop app that I was directed to for tracking my order is ridiculous - it asks for permission to link to gmail and REQUIRES PERMISSION TO READ MY EMAILS or else I can’t actually get any update emails…ridiculous! Apart from the order confirmation, I never received an email. After a couple of weeks waiting, I looked into the order and it stated it had been collected. We needed fans, we got fans, we needed a timer, we got a timer. If someone needs help with the game or has no opponent then she’ll do her best to find to find the time, whether its just to chat or have a game. Theres even a snack/drink selection and great prize support. One of the very few OTS stores I've been to that feels like home. Show less
