Coffee is fantastic! It have a perfect rich, smooth flavor. Had the cold brew and Viennese latte. Food need a major upgrade. The sausage egg sandwich needed seasoning and the bread was rock hard. 4/5 for this place :)

2 years agoFirst visit! You need to wait little bit to order, there is a queue in Saturday as normal. Nice latte, sandwiches for breakfast were okay. Nothing special.

I came here today with my wife and while she is a regular it was my first time! The location was exceptionally convenient and when we entered we were greeted by Jess, barista extraordinaire who was enthusiastic, personable and very Friendly! The establishment was super clean and the atmosphere was inclusive and inviting. I got a caramel latte and Jess absolutely murdered the drink it was probably the best I’ve had in a long time! Plus she filled it to the brim making it well worth the $! My wife and I also got some chocolate croissants which were to DIE FOR. So chocolaty, fluffy and buttery!! When we came in I had my two dogs and they got some treats as-well! I know my wife loves this place and now I do too!! Definitely my go to coffee spot from now on! Show less

I came here today with my wife and while she is a regular it was my first time! The location was exceptionally convenient and when we entered we were greeted by Jess, barista extraordinaire who was enthusiastic, personable and very Friendly! Not only is their coffee top-tier (seriously, it got me through some questionable Mondays), but their service is just next level. When I was between jobs and trying to figure life out, they offered me free coffee a couple of times—like some kind of caffeine angels LOL. 5 months agoBeing from Australia we’re a little particular with our coffee. Searching Seattle we were a little disappointed UNTIL we found this gem. The manager Jess made my coffee just the way I like it . Plus she was an absolute delight - cheerful and bubbly - even at 6:30 am !!!! Highly recommend this place

3 years agoCafe Genera is really good. Do make sure to ask for extra hot if you want your coffee to be hot. No option really for vegetarians apart from the bagels and cream cheese. Great place for a good coffee and board games ☺️

5 months agoI love the inviting atmosphere and the coffee! My only wish is that they had more savory gluten free options and not just a coffee cake and the bars/jerky sticks near the register. I would love to actually enjoy breakfast here and not have to go elsewhere.

12 months agoHad to have a fast bit to eat. Tried out the breakfast burrito today second time. Was really good but the breakfast sandwich with the bagel is my favorite so far. They also offer coffee roasting classes next-door.

Great local spot - feels like a neighborhood coffee house. Has become a regular spot to grab my usual -Coffee is top notch along with staff. Large space to land with friends (they have a large board game wall -take your pick!) or get some telework done. Close to the Seattle Center without crowds.
