Bought some booster packs and a single. For the store being relatively new to my area they were still able to get me what I ordered in a timely manner. Although, the online stuff was all messed up. Said it would be ready by Feb 1st but I wasn't able to get my stuff until Feb 8th. This could also just be due to demand. Employees were also very nice and reasonable. Cards that I got were all pretty much near mint condition which is great, but I wish they hadn't stuck the pricing sticker to the card sleeve as it's very annoying to remove. Overall, great store. Show less

Bought some booster packs and a single. For the store being relatively new to my area they were still able to get me what I ordered in a timely manner. Although, the online stuff was all messed up. Said it would be ready by Feb 1st but I wasn't able to get my stuff until Feb 8th. This could also just be due to demand. Employees were also very nice and reasonable. After conducting business with Wulf Gaming, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of any positive reviews associated with this company. I experienced similar delays to those reported by others, and given the significant number of negative reviews, I would advise prospective customers to consider alternative options for their purchases. After reviewing the feedback from other customers, I feel fortunate that my order was only 2.5 weeks late. Throughout this period, I received multiple explanations for the shipment delay, including issues with the distributor, the postal service, the items being in the shop without being sent to the warehouse, and finally, complications with the postal service in collecting the packages. While I found them responsive and appreciative of my patience during this time, they did not address my repeated inquiries regarding cancellation information. I did not encounter the rudeness that others have mentioned; however, I will refrain from placing any further orders until I feel confident that there has been a positive change in their reliability. I experienced similar delays to those reported by others, and given the significant number of negative reviews, I would advise prospective customers to consider alternative options for their purchases. Impeccable! I just heard (5/25/25) from my friend that he received the book and it’s exactly what he wanted. It’s in perfect condition. I began with 3 stars when I ordered, raised to 4 stars when it shipped, and once he told me he received it I was able to raise it TO FIVE STARS! I will happily order from them again. The book was delivered to the prison earlier but that doesn’t mean my friend received the book that same day. Contacting me is sporadic. I’m happy to report a great experience! I ordered a book from Wulf because they had the best price I could find on the net. Today, (5/14/25)I raised my rating to 4 stars because I've received multiple shipping notifications and I'm really excited that my friend in prison is going to receive this book very soon. I will update this review in less than a week or so (today is 5/13/25) once the book has been delivered. I did search a lot to find the best price. I did pay the $2.15 extra for insurance and did not research if this extra is worth it. I've seen it on other websites so don't really know how legit or fair the price is. SL Show less

Edit 6/9/25: Reducing my review to 1-star, after a second completely unacceptable response from the Company for the other pre-order I had. Company listed the new One Piece Starter Decks for pre-order in December for MSRP ($12). Starter decks released on Friday 6/6 officially, and I was provided no update regarding my order, so I sent another email to them. They respond and say "we started fulfilling pre-orders, but can't let you know if your order is being cancelled or not as we are receiving product in batches." So the Company is completely unable to keep track of their items pre-ordered months ago, and can't provide me any type of update as to whether or not they are actually going to ship my material or if it's going to be refunded. Absolutely do not ever, ever pre-order from this Company. 6/10: Just as an update, they did end up shipping my second order. You still should not pre-order with them, it should not be a guess and a dance to find out if I am getting the product I ordered from a Company. Show less

Don't waste your time. And thats what it is. 6 months waiting for a gnarly cancelation. Update: So, I was given a partial refund but unfortunately the card used to purchase this was closed due to a stolen wallet so even though it was "sent", I never received the close to $100. I talked to my bank amd since it was an old card, I have to file some report but since the order was taken, 6 months ago., they cant do anything. So now im out $100 for what? Still no email or response from the store except a silly fake apology. Do not buy from this store. Show less

I've inquired twice about the delay but have only received canned responses and no clear indication as to when my order will even begin to be processed. I have since ordered from two other sites and both orders have shipped. Order was placed in the 28th of March and at this point I'm starting to wonder if I'll even see it shipped out by the 28th of April. Considering getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. Final edit: Checked the online store and noticed that nearly every product for the game I ordered was sold out. The following day I was emailed and given a refund. My guess would be that the warehouse numbers were not being reflected online and I purchased a product that was unavailable in the first place. I am happy to have received the refund without incident but I would have appreciated some explanation. Definitely not a good experience with this company and I personally won't recommend in the future. Show less

I've inquired twice about the delay but have only received canned responses and no clear indication as to when my order will even begin to be processed. I just went in for a weekly Lorcana play(9/4/25) (5-7pm every Thursday!) and this store is like so clean. Like shiny and sparkling clean! The staff members were busy sorting cards but took time to greet me and ask if I needed help getting my stuff set up(I brought way too much to trade haha) but I had it :) ended up grabbing a couple booster packs(great variety of magic, yugi, Lorcana, etc) and pulled my first enchanted card!!! SCAMMERS, DO NOT PREORDER FROM THIS STORE. They will hold onto your money and will answer to ZERO contact made to them, then you will have to contact your bank to dispute the charge. This should be illegal and this card shop should be shut down.

Had an issue with obtaining an order that had some damage to it. Reached out and they were quick to respond and get an exchange coordinated. Divina was very helpful throughout the whole process and helped me get a new copy quickly that had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I reached out to cancel then but they had a 15% cancellation fee, which in itself is a scam. Fast forward until now, they sent an email saying that the pre-order can’t be fulfilled and fully refunded me. We all know what this means - the product is above MSRP/pre-order prices. So instead of fulfilling all their preorders, they’d rather make more money selling at current market price. I will never do business again with them and I hope everyone else won’t either. Show less

I WILL ADJUST/CHANGE RATING IF SUBSCRIPTION "REQUIREMENT" IS REMOVED FROM NEW RELEASE DAYS (because normally I would leave Wulf 5 stars). I WILL ADJUST/CHANGE RATING IF SUBSCRIPTION "REQUIREMENT" IS REMOVED FROM NEW RELEASE DAYS (because normally I would leave Wulf 5 stars). My only big, new, negative feedback is thus: "forcing" people to buy the $9.99 per month subscription to have the hopes a getting a new release is a huge disappointment to loyal customers. It's a fast money grab. **Owners**-- we all thought you were better than this!! It was a HUGE source of negative discussion in the online groups and forums and while standing in line for the release. BACKSTORY: (If a customer has a paid subscription they could enter at 11am on release day, everyone else is Noon -- but everything is gone by then so it doesn't matter.....) This is NOT a good business practice at all. Outside of that subscription money grab... We do like this place very much. Even new release days are calm and well organized. No worries about safety. Kid friendly. The employees are all gamers of one kind or another and are great people. Prices on bulk are really good compared to other places. 2, 5, and 10 cents for bulk depending on rarity. Other stores are about 25 cents per card for bulk, which is ridiculous for common cards. I do love Wulf for this pricing. The Friday afternoon Pokemon trading time cool. Adults and kids show up. Just a fun time. Gaming nights are nice and have great people show up. MANY of us hope to see the "required subscription" be removed from the new release days. It's not okay. You're hurting kids, teens, and many others, too. Show less

So far, customer experience has been more disappointing than anything. The positive is that this store sells stuff at MSRP, which is really cool for the locals. However, I purchased their membership because they had told me via message that a pre-order was going to open up any day that I was super interested in and I'd have early access. Three months later, $10 per month, multiple messages to verify it was coming soon, and no pre-orders opened up. Today they told me they might not even have one at all now, and they would not refund any part of my membership fees, despite the fact that I only purchased the membership on the basis that they told me the pre-order I wanted would open up in a couple days and that I would get early access. They do respond to messages, which is good. But they still can improve on how they're handling preorders. Show less

So far, customer experience has been more disappointing than anything. The positive is that this store sells stuff at MSRP, which is really cool for the locals. However, I purchased their membership because they had told me via message that a pre-order was going to open up any day that I was super interested in and I'd have early access. Lied about pre-order allocations (there was a literal 'progress bar' for how much inventory they had available, if not for this I would not have done business with them), then refused to refund the membership cost I attempted to cancel. I canceled through their website, it auto-renewed anyway and I'm being told it's "impossible" to refund even though I contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge. They also did not communicate their lack of inventory until *after* release date for that pre-order. Information they would have known for weeks prior to that point. I could have easily made other purchase arrangements had I been informed in a reasonable timeframe, or just not been lied to from the beginning. If you're interested in being scammed and giving someone an interest free loan, by all means pre-order from them. Show less
